In-Person Challenge
We expanded this challenge to include an in-person experience. Nothing beats being around others who want to achieve their personal fitness goals!
This option includes:
–weekly weigh in and measurements
-motivational fitness-focused discussions
-group activities/workouts
-weekly fitness challenges

Virtual Challenge
This option allows people outside the DMV area to participate in this challenge.
In addition to being able to dial into the weekly in-person meetings you will:
-Access to the Garrett Waller Coaching app and community
-connect with all participants through a shared media thread
-have access to fitness coaches for motivation, encouragement, and support
