Garrett is my personal trainer. He knows I struggle with balance due to epilepsy. He helps me lean on him, or hold on, to certain exercises I can’t balance well to do.The stretching class was calming and relaxing.Any exercise I needed help with Garrett knew before me. I was able to do all the exercises that everyone else did. I’m 70 and the group was mixed ages. The lady next to me helped me when I was backwards. I would go again.

Went to an outdoor stretch class with a friend and felt so loose and relaxed after an hour with Garrett! His instruction was very clear and his stretch routine flowed very naturally. All around great instructor 💪🏽
